Today, while waiting for my car to be serviced I witnessed exceptional customer service by Modern Auto. A woman came in looking for the manager or the owner. The owner, Ryan, was at the counter and asked how he could help. She had a problem from more than two years ago that was a result of dealings with an employee who no longer works for Modern Auto. Ryan was patient, listened to the woman, apologized and made the situation right without question or hesitation. While this was happening, a young woman came in who had a tire light come on in her car. One of the employees almost jumped out from behind the counter to help her. I've always had good service with Modern Auto, but today they made me proud.
