Service wise I give 5 stars, customer service so far...5 stars. We had needed a car for the day, and loaners were out but they did drive us to enterprise. Front office is very friendly and clean, truck was clean & no issues noticed when I got it back. All work was done according to my wishes... I take off I star for the 2 reasons. 1. You will get charged a fee to supply your own parts, but charged a premium to use their parts because they warranty them...either way, they will charge you. Kinda b.s. in my honest opinion. 2. Modern auto sells several different aftermarket products/ tires in the lobby...all good parts, but much more expensive that can be had by a cursory check elsewhere. Overall I would recommend, I’m picky on the parts I choose so #1 bugged me, kind of expected the later comment.
